  • Jalil Javadov is a Harvard-educated, performance-driven finance executive with over 16 years of international experience in financial management, business operations, and turnaround leadership. He specializes in interim CFO, board advisory, and restructuring roles, guiding companies through complex transitions and enabling sustainable financial health.

    He began his career at Deloitte, advising and auditing multinational clients across manufacturing, construction, shipping, logistics, and retail. He has since held CFO and advisory positions in global transportation, manufacturing & industrial, and service organizations — including private-equity–owned companies (BlackRock, Black Diamond, and others) — leading finance teams through strategic integrations, system implementations, and large-scale performance improvement programs.

    His expertise spans due diligence, purchase accounting, post-acquisition integration, capital-structure optimization, financial reporting, audit readiness, and finance-function transformation. With a collaborative, analytical, and hands-on leadership style, Jalil partners with management teams, boards, and investors to build clarity, drive performance, and align financial strategy with long-term business goals.

  • Elchin Bayramov is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and finance executive with over 16 years of experience spanning accounting, financial services, and emerging technologies. He brings a unique combination of technical accounting expertise and strategic leadership across the banking, fintech, and digital asset sectors.

    Elchin began his career at EY, advising global financial institutions on regulatory compliance, internal controls, and complex financial reporting. He has since held senior finance roles at blockchain and Web3 startups, where he led finance operations, built scalable accounting infrastructure, and navigated the evolving landscape of cryptocurrency and decentralized finance.

    As a Director at CFGI, the nation’s largest non-audit advisory firm, Elchin worked closely with CFOs and leadership teams in financial services and digital asset companies, supporting audit readiness, technical accounting, and process improvement initiatives. His experience bridges legacy finance and digital transformation — enabling clients to stay compliant, scalable, and investor-ready.
